The grade 100 lashing ratched tensioners LH with shortening devices TWN 1461 are used as tensioning elements in lashing chains.
The lashing ratched tensioners can be positioned anywhere in the lashing chain and have a large clamping range.
The lashing ratched tensioners enable a high pretensioning force with little effort due to the trapezoidal thread and comply with the DIN EN 12195-3.
The manufacturing and testing requirements are based on ISO 8589 and DIN EN 1677-1, under consideration of grade 100 lashing capacities.
